- Provide personalized resume–JD fit analysis
- Offer mock interview and voice feedback
- Recommend job readiness improvements
- Generate reports for self-assessment or coaching
- Improve our AI models and platform usability
- Send important notifications (you can opt out anytime)
We do not sell your personal data to any third parties.
3Where & How Your Data Is Stored
- All data is stored on secure, encrypted cloud infrastructure (e.g., Supabase, AWS, GCP).
- Sensitive files (resumes, voice files) are stored with restricted access tokens.
- Data in transit is protected using HTTPS and end-to-end encryption.
4Retention Period

| Anonymized Usage Logs | Up to 24 months for analytics and platform improvement |
You can delete your data or account at any time from the dashboard or by emailing support@resumemarket.fit
5Data Deletion & User Rights
You have the right to:
- Access and download your data
- Correct or update your profile
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Opt out of analytics or usage tracking
To exercise any of these rights, visit Account Settings > Data Controls or email our team.
6AI & Model Training
We may use anonymized and aggregated data (resume structures, keyword patterns, etc.) to improve our AI recommendations. We never use personally identifiable info or voice samples for external training without consent.
7Policy Updates
We may revise this policy occasionally to reflect improvements or legal requirements. Any major changes will be communicated via email and in-app notifications.
